Laboratory and Receiving Control Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Join our leading company in the food industry. In this strategic role as Laboratory and Receiving Control Manager, you will be responsible for the quality and compliance of raw materials entering our production process.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure that every raw material received meets the strictest quality standards, minimizing risks and ensuring traceability.
• Participate in optimizing control processes and maintaining a high level of food safety.
• Supervise the activities of the quality control laboratory at reception.
• Implement and monitor sampling and raw material analysis protocols.
• Validate the conformity of received batches according to established specifications.
• Manage non-conformities and propose corrective actions.
• Ensure the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Train and manage the laboratory team.
• Collaborate closely with the purchasing, production, and logistics departments to streamline workflows.
• Ensure compliance with current hygiene and safety standards.

Required profile :

To excel in this position, a Master's degree or higher (Bac +5 and above) is required, ideally in chemistry, biology, agri-food, or industrial engineering.

This opportunity is for professionals with significant experience, ranging from 3 to 5 years, ideally gained in the agri-food sector.
