Job :

Your main tasks are:

• Participate in the analysis of claims declarations in accordance with policy terms
• Contribute to the creation and completeness of compensation files
• Assist in collecting and verifying supporting documents
• Assist in investigations related to payment defaults
• Participate in discussions with internal teams (debt collection, underwriting, management)
• Update information in internal tools
• Contribute to file monitoring and compliance with processing deadlines
• Participate in the preparation of simple reports
• Provide support for administrative and accounting operations related to files

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in management, finance, or accounting
• Eligible for the ANAPEC program
• Good written and oral communication skills (French)
• Sense of initiative, autonomy, rigor, and team spirit
• Good analytical and organizational skills
