HR SPECIALIST | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

Manage and support employees

Support managers on various HR topics
Participate in recruitment and onboarding processes
Handle HR administrative follow-up
Ensure compliance with social legislation and internal procedures
Prepare and track HR reports and indicators
Participate in training actions and skills development
Ensure smooth communication with employees and various stakeholders
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or equivalent.
5 to 8 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Mandatory experience in a 4*/5* hotel, an international hotel group, or a premium restaurant establishment.
Solid mastery of recruitment, personnel administration, social relations, and Moroccan labor law.
Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to work in a demanding environment.
Fluent French and English.
