Treasury Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)

Your missions

Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Director, you will be primarily responsible for:
Lead the daily treasury management and optimize financial flows
Develop and monitor treasury forecasts (short, medium, and long term)
Ensure the monitoring of bank accounts and manage relationships with banks
Negotiate banking conditions and optimize short-term financing
Monitor and manage financial risks (foreign exchange, interest rates, liquidity)
Supervise settlement, collection, and bank reconciliation operations
Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for Management
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory obligations
Participate in the optimization of financial management processes

Required profile :

Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Accounting, Management, or equivalent
5 to 8 years of minimum experience in a similar role (ideally in treasury management)
Excellent command of treasury management and financial analysis techniques
Good command of ERP tools, and the Office Suite, especially Excel
Rigor, organizational skills, and analytical mind
Good communication and negotiation skills
