Position: Dutch-Speaking Advisor

Location: Rabat Morocco
Work Model: On-site for the first 6 months remote possible based on performance

Package: Base Salary Bonuse

About the Role: We are looking for Dutch-speaking Advisors to join the Orange customer support project in Rabat. The role involves assisting customers via voice and email providing technical support resolving issues and promoting relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via voice and email.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Handle complaints professionally and efficiently.
Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
Support sales activities and achieve performance targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.

Requirements:
Dutch: C1 or strong B2 level.
English: Preferred.
Previous customer service call center technical support or sales experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused and professional attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:
MondayFriday: 09:0022:00 Saturday: 09:0019:00 Rotational shifts - 44 hours per week

Training: 4 weeks MondayFriday 08:0017:00
