Sustainable Purchaser Support

Job Summary

The Sustainable Purchaser Support is responsible for supporting sustainable procurement and CSR activities by ensuring supplier compliance managing EcoVadis assessments maintaining supplier data quality and supporting responsible purchasing processes. The role acts as a key interface between procurement teams suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and sustainability compliance.

Key Responsibilities

EcoVadis Management

• Monitor and manage EcoVadis operational tasks and supplier assessment campaigns.
• Follow up on ongoing supplier evaluations and required actions.
• Process EcoVadis notifications and reassessment requests.
• Ensure timely completion of supplier sustainability assessment activities.
• Maintain and update supplier information within the EcoVadis platform.

CSR and Responsible Purchasing Support

• Manage the shared CSR mailbox and related requests.
• Review download and approve Responsible Purchasing Guidelines (GRPG).
• Handle supplier deadline extension requests and escalate when required.
• Support internal and external stakeholders on CSR-related inquiries.
• Approve or reject compliance documents within internal systems.

Supplier Data Management

• Review and validate supplier information.
• Identify missing or inconsistent supplier data.
• Coordinate with procurement stakeholders to collect and update information.
• Ensure data accuracy traceability and compliance within supplier databases.
• Update tracking files and reporting tools accordingly.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Procurement Supply Chain Sustainability or CSR processes.
• Strong administrative and document management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office tools.
• Experience working with digital platforms and supplier management systems.
• Excellent communication skills with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong organizational skills attention to detail and operational rigor.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.

Qualifications :

• Masters Degree (Bac 5) in Procurement Logistics Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement support supplier management supply chain sustainability or CSR-related activities.

Languages

• French: B2 minimum.
• English: B2 to C1 level (mandatory).
