Job Description: For all clients, the mission of a Digital Advisor consists of: Responding to client requests in writing within the given deadlines. Supporting the client until their first-level commercial or technical issue is resolved. Guaranteeing the achievement of the project's quantitative and qualitative objectives. Before taking on the role, comprehensive training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities entrusted to them.
Desired Candidate Profile
Desired profile: Perfect command of written French. Impeccable spelling. Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences. Fast typing speed. Team spirit and entrepreneurial drive. Demonstrated empathy.
