RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the completion of the customer's PDP. Supervise the manufacturing teams and ensure the smooth running of the entire manufacturing cycle. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment rules, in particular the vital rules and participate in their deployment (I move carefully, I work with caution, I handle with care, I power on safely, I optimize my workspace, I know the risks).

Monitoring and analyzing individual performance in terms of Quality and Productivity, with evaluation of each team member. Identifying training needs. Ensuring adherence to the manufacturing process and the proper execution of procedures related to product production. Providing necessary technical assistance to team members. Promoting initiatives to improve Quality and Productivity. Ensuring communication within the team and relaying constructive suggestions from staff for implementation. Contributing to the analysis of customer complaints, as well as the implementation and monitoring of associated action plans in conjunction with the quality department. Meeting departmental objectives in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines. Developing and monitoring activity budgets. Ensure that each team member is properly qualified for the work performed and that they have their authorization badge and validation mark. Improve the team's performance. Write work instructions related to their area of ​​responsibility. Measure, analyze, monitor, and improve quality and performance indicators resulting from the work performed by their team. Communicate with the client regarding production, quality, and delivery status.

Desired Candidate Profile

Knowledge: Minimum education level: State Engineer. Minimum experience: 5 years. Skills: Good technical knowledge of the company's business. Good level of English. Team management. Proficiency in various production management techniques (MRP, etc.). Computerized management tools and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Soft skills: Leadership.
