Country Manager (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

The Country Manager will be responsible for the business development and operational management of the agency in Morocco, ensuring its profitability and the performance of its teams.

His main missions will be as follows:

• Define and implement the business development strategy of the agency in the local market;
• Prospect and develop a client portfolio in various sectors;
• Identify business opportunities, negotiate offers, and ensure order follow-up;
• Develop commercial synergies with other Group entities, particularly around offshore activities;
• Lead the recruitment and staffing of consultants, with the support of a dedicated recruiter for sourcing;
• Supervise and support Business Managers in achieving their objectives;
• Ensure HR management and follow-up of the agency's consultants;
• Manage the agency's profit and loss (P&L), ensuring revenue growth and margin control;
• Coordinate activities with the project manager responsible for monitoring offshore operations;
• Guarantee the smooth operation of the agency and the quality of customer relations;
• Travel nationally to meet clients and prospects.

Required profile :

Education and experience:

• Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally in IT or engineering.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in IT services or engineering consulting, with proven experience in managing a subsidiary, Business Unit, or profit center.

Required technical skills:

• Mastery of B2B business development: prospecting, negotiation, account development, and customer retention;
• Good understanding of IT and engineering services and the ability to propose solutions adapted to client needs;
• Experience in recruitment, staffing, and consultant management;
• Ability to supervise Business Managers and manage their performance;
• Mastery of P&L management and tracking of revenue, costs, and margins;
• Ability to work with different entities of an international group and develop synergies around offshore activities;
• Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written.
