Job :

As part of our business development, we are hiring Customer Advisors to help our clients with their processes and complete them.

You will primarily make outbound calls to finalize or unblock subscriptions that have already started, while also identifying opportunities to offer additional services tailored to customer needs.

• Make outbound calls to finalize or unblock existing subscriptions.
• Follow up on files currently being processed.
• Contact customers to help them complete their subscription.
• Identify customer needs and offer suitable additional services.
• Ensure quality of communication and service throughout the customer relationship.
• Meet the set activity goals.

Required profile :

Very good speaking ability and excellent oral communication skills.

Good active listening skills.

Dynamic and comfortable with phone communication.

Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.

Ability to argue and propose suitable services.

Comfortable with goals and activity tracking.

Not open to students.
