As a key contributor to the organization s procurement operations, you will take ownership of procurement systems and processes at country level, ensuring effective execution, continuous improvement, and alignment with business needs. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to regional initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders across the region. Key responsibilities: Manage supplier onboarding, registration, documentation, and compliance requirements Identify, source, and qualify new suppliers across local and relevant international markets Maintain and develop the supplier database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date vendor information Support supplier performance management, renewals, and ongoing relationship management Conduct market research and benchmarking to monitor supplier availability and market pricing Support procurement activities for new bids, including supplier sourcing and commercial proposals Coordinate with HSE and internal stakeholders to ensure supplier compliance and approval Support suppliers with procurement and invoicing systems and processes to facilitate smooth transactions Manage supplier contracts and monitor renewal and expiry dates Build strong relationships with suppliers and identify opportunities for improved commercial terms and service delivery Collaborate with Facilities Management, Account & Transaction, and other teams to support sourcing needs and procurement requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field 1 to 3 years of proven experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management Skills: Good communicator and relationship builder Ability to work flexibly with minimal supervision with a remote reporting line Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word & PowerPoint Detailed oriented Native Arabic speaker, fluent in French and English Please note that only CVs submitted in English will be considered for this position If this opportunity speaks to you, please do not hesitate to submit your application.
