Job :

We are recruiting a Borrower Insurance Manager to ensure the compliance control of sales files and contribute to the quality of operations in the borrower insurance sector.

Your role will involve regulatory control of files, analysis of supporting documents, and detection of any anomalies or non-compliance.

Your main tasks:

• Verify that each sales file complies with applicable regulations, particularly DDA and GDPR, as well as internal procedures and the requirements of banking or insurance partners.
• Check the completeness and authenticity of supporting documents: quotes, subscription forms, information sheets, pre-contractual documentation, etc.
• Identify, report, and analyze discrepancies and non-compliant situations found in sales: incomplete files, forced sales, lack of information, etc.
• Ensure the quality and regulatory compliance of each sale.
• Contribute to securing the company against risks related to sanctions, image, and litigation.
• Foster a climate of trust between the client, the broker, and the insurer.
