Join an exceptional establishment in the heart of Marrakech as a Bellman. Your role will be essential in ensuring a memorable welcome experience for our clients, thus contributing to the excellence of our service in the Hotel/Restaurant sector.

Actively contribute to customer satisfaction from their arrival by providing a fast, courteous, and efficient luggage handling service. Maintain an orderly and safe work environment for all clients and staff.

Warmly welcoming guests as soon as they get out of the vehicle.

• Handling luggage and its secure transport to the room or designated area.
• Accompanying guests if necessary, providing basic information about the establishment.
• Maintaining the reception area and luggage carts.
• Collaborating with reception and concierge teams for smooth coordination of arrivals and departures.

Required profile :

A Baccalaureate level education, ideally focused on Hotel/Restaurant professions, will be an appreciated asset.

First experience of 1 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a hotel establishment, is highly sought after.

Excellent presentation and impeccable courtesy are essential.

• Good physical condition for handling luggage.
• Excellent service-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Good command of the French language; knowledge of other languages will be a plus.
• Availability and punctuality are essential.
