Join a dynamic company in the call center sector, located in the heart of Casablanca. We are looking for several customer advisors for incoming calls for a stimulating B2B project. A project that values your expertise with a technical bonus included.
In this role, your main goal will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience during every interaction. You will be the primary point of contact for our professional clients, ensuring their satisfaction and actively contributing to the success of our missions.
Your days will be marked by:
- Handling incoming calls from our professional clients.
- Analyzing needs and proposing suitable solutions.
- Resolving requests and any potential issues encountered.
- Following up on client files and updating information in our systems.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of service quality.
You will receive complete training on our products and services to excel in your role.
Required profile :
To thrive in this position, a high school diploma (Bac) is required. Training in call center professions would be an added advantage, showing an initial immersion in our world.
Experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, ideally in B2B or customer relations, is sought. Your background has allowed you to develop a solid understanding of customer communication challenges.

- Good command of basic computer tools.
