Job :

The Junior Product Manager will be responsible for:

• Defining, developing, and managing products in the model portfolio throughout their lifecycle, from selection to showroom display,
• Being responsible for adapting the marketing mix of the ranges to develop market share, turnover, and profitability,
• Participating in the development of the overall marketing plan,
• Conducting or commissioning market research,
• Analyzing the competitive environment,
• Establishing the positioning of their product portfolio,
• Informing the press about new products,
• Monitoring the design and updating of sales support tools.

Required profile :

• Higher education degree from a business or engineering school (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in marketing and an interest in the automotive sector.
• First experience in marketing or sales in the automotive or industrial sector is desirable.
• Proficiency in English and French.

Technical skills:

• Ability to master various marketing research techniques,
• Ability to master product launch processes: product planning, logistics, promotion, distribution...,
• Ability to master communication techniques (media plans, ATL/BTL, GRP, reach, distribution, media buying channels...) ...

Behavioral aptitudes:

• Rigor and management skills to ensure effective budget tracking,
• Good writing and communication skills,
