AUDIT AND MANAGEMENT CONTROL OFFICER (M/F) | Casablanca, avec mobilité géographique sur les sites du groupe (Morocco)

Job :

The position
Reporting to the General Management and functionally to the Group Management, you will support performance management and risk control for all group subsidiaries. This position requires high mobility, and you will regularly visit different sites for your audit and control missions.

Your main missions:

• Conduct internal audits on the accounting, financial, and operational processes of subsidiaries;
• Evaluate and strengthen internal control systems, identify risks and areas for improvement;
• Prepare, monitor, and analyze budgets, reports, and management dashboards;
• Analyze variances (actual vs. budget), costs, and performance by subsidiary and by activity;
• Make recommendations and ensure the follow-up of action plans;
• Contribute to the reliability of financial statements and the optimization of procedures;
• Make regular trips to group sites for field missions.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in audit, management control, finance, or accounting;
• Experience in audit (accounting firm experience is a plus) and/or management control;
• Proficiency in audit techniques, internal control, and management tools (SAGE, Excel advanced level);
• Good knowledge of Moroccan accounting, tax, and social regulations;
• Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, integrity, and a sense of confidentiality;
• Essential geographical mobility (travel to group sites); valid driver's license (B);
• Proficiency in Arabic and French; knowledge of English is appreciated.
