The role:

As part of creating a remote sales team to strengthen our presence in the Moroccan market, we are hiring four Desk Sales Representatives. Based in Casablanca. As a true ambassador of our brand to construction professionals, you will advise our clients on product selection, build lasting relationships, and directly contribute to increasing our market share.
Your main mission will be to develop and retain a client portfolio by providing quality technical and commercial advice, and by ensuring the achievement of the sales objectives assigned to you.

Your main responsibilities:

• Contact inactive clients and identify the reasons for a decrease or stop in their orders;
• Propose suitable solutions to re-establish contact, rebuild trust, and restart activity;
• Prospect and acquire new clients by phone to expand the portfolio;
• Present offers, identify needs, and advise clients;
• Follow up on callbacks, commitments made, and orders;
• Enter and update client information in the tracking tool;
• Achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives set by the Sales Department;
• Report market information and signals.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Previous experience in telesales, tele-prospecting, or remote customer service is required;
• Beginners in the construction and building materials sector are accepted, even preferred;
• Excellent phone skills, listening skills, and persuasive ability;
• Tenacity, enjoyment of challenges, and results-oriented;
• Rigor, organizational skills, and confidentiality;
• Proficiency in Arabic (dialectal and classical) and French;
• High school diploma / Associate's degree; commercial training is a plus.
