Develop the annual recruitment plan with operational managers,
Execute the annual recruitment plan,
Meet the human resources needs of Groupe Smeia through an adequate recruitment plan,
Optimize the selection and recruitment processes for Groupe Smeia personnel,
Optimize the human resources of the companies within Groupe Smeia,
Prepare the integration path for new recruits and ensure follow-up.
Required profile :
Master's degree in Human Resources Management with 3 years of experience as a recruitment specialist.
