We are hiring - Human Resources Manager | Bouskoura - Ouled Saleh
For our client, a player in the production and sale of medical devices, based in Bouskoura - Ouled Saleh, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager.

Main tasks:

• Lead and oversee all HR activities: personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, and employee management
• Oversee the payroll process: collect and check variables, process and track on Sage
• Ensure administrative management of personnel: contracts, employee files, leave, absences, certificates, and track changes
• Ensure compliance with social legislation and labor law
• Manage social declarations and relations with relevant organizations
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and employee follow-up
• Set up and monitor HR dashboards and ensure social reporting
• Support managers on various HR topics
• Contribute to the improvement and structuring of HR processes and procedures
• Participate in the implementation of the company's HR policy

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree to Master's degree in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a generalist HR role, ideally in a structured environment
• Solid experience in payroll and personnel administration
• Mastery of Sage payroll is essential
• Good command of Moroccan social law and labor legislation
• Good command of office tools
• Autonomy, rigor, organization, and a sense of confidentiality
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to support employees and managers
