Area Manager | Tout le Maroc (Morocco)

Job :

As an Area Manager, your main tasks consist of:

• Managing and leading a team of managers;
• Ensuring internal control in compliance with current procedures;
• Providing regular reports to the company's management;
• Managing the stations;
• Monitoring the differences between planned and actual objectives and proposing corrective actions;
• Carrying out competitive intelligence and benchmarking;
• Searching for new partners;
• Establishing prospecting schedules for new clients and visiting clients to build loyalty and identify needs.

Required profile :

• With a degree of Bachelor's degree or higher, you have 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the oil sector;
• Your strong sense of contact, analysis, and anticipation make you a particularly effective salesperson;
• You have the ability to argue and convince;
• Punctuality, perseverance, and a desire to take on the challenge;
• Travel throughout Morocco is to be expected.
