Vehicles Maintenance Manager - Fleet | Mohammédia (Morocco)

Job :

Your responsibilities will be:

• To ensure and manage preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet vehicles (trucks, tankers, etc.);
• To organize the dispatching, monitoring, and control of different interventions (mechanical, electrical, welding, upkeep...);
• To monitor the availability status of the transport fleet in real-time;
• To manage the purchase of spare parts, tires, and supplies (supplier orders, invoice tracking and payment);
• To define the needs for spare parts and tires;
• To prepare purchase requisitions and purchase orders;
• To supervise and manage workshop staff (attendance, evaluations, recruitment, leave, etc.);
• To monitor and analyze vehicle maintenance performance indicators.

Required profile :

• Holder of a technical Baccalaureate (preferred), completed by a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Mechanics.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position or in maintenance management in a petroleum facility.
