Join our dynamic team in the aerospace/space sector as a Client Quality Coordinator. Based in the heart of Nouaceur, Morocco, your role will be essential to ensure our clients' satisfaction by guaranteeing the conformity of our products and processes. This is a unique opportunity to actively contribute to the success of a major industry player.

Your main mission will be to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding all quality-related matters. You will aim to understand their expectations, translate them into concrete actions within the company, and monitor their implementation to ensure effective problem resolution and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include managing client complaints, analyzing non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions. You will also be required to:

• Analyze client requirements and ensure their deployment internally and with subcontractors.
• Coordinate quality performance management through monitoring operational indicators.
• Manage client complaints and ensure they are addressed by the various stakeholders.
• Lead problem-solving initiatives (QRQC, 8D) and ensure the follow-up of associated action plans.
• Ensure quality interface with clients and verify compliance with their requirements.
• Prepare, support, and follow up on external audits as well as corrective and preventive actions.
• Raise awareness among operational teams about non-conformities and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Participate in the control and improvement of quality processes in accordance with current standard requirements.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Industrial Systems Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the aeronautics sector.
• Good knowledge of quality standards, particularly EN9100.
• Proficiency in quality methodologies and tools: QRQC, 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of quality assurance processes in a demanding industrial environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication skills, analytical skills, rigor, and teamwork spirit.
• Client orientation and ability to manage multiple subjects simultaneously.
