Job description

Job :

Reporting to Management, you will be responsible for the overall management of the agency in operational, commercial, administrative, and managerial aspects.

Your main tasks:

• Manage the daily activity of the agency and ensure its smooth operation;
• Ensure the availability, cleanliness, and compliance of vehicles offered for rent;
• Supervise reservations, rental agreements, payments, and customer files;
• Ensure a quality customer experience and effectively handle complaints;
• Develop the agency's turnover and profitability;
• Monitor commercial objectives, performance indicators, and fleet occupancy rates;
• Lead, support, and organize the activity of the agency's teams;
• Oversee the follow-up of incidents, claims, and customer complaints;
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards.

Required profile :

Associate's degree to Bachelor's degree (Bac+2 to Bac+4) in management, commerce, administration, or equivalent field;

Proven experience in car rental, agency management, customer relations;

Experience in an airport or tourist environment is a real asset;

Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and business development techniques;

Availability and flexibility in working hours, especially during peak periods.
