Responsibilities
Manage customer engineering changes and ensure timely implementation.
Review and maintain harness drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), cutsheets, and manufacturing documentation.
Validate product compliance against customer specifications and engineering requirements.
Update engineering and manufacturing systems (QAD, UCS, PLM, etc.).
Support launches, transfers, and engineering change implementation.
Analyze product costs and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Coordinate with Manufacturing, Quality, Purchasing, Program Management, and Customer Engineering teams.
Support product validation activities and issue resolution during production.
Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience in automotive wiring harnesses is required.
Good knowledge of BOM management, engineering changes, and manufacturing processes.
Proficiency in Excel and engineering systems/tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
English and French proficiency.
