Context

This position is offered as a VIE assignment under the Business France program based in Casablanca Morocco.

As a Content Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in deploying our content strategy across French- and German-speaking markets. You will design produce and optimize high-value content to attract engage and convert our audiences while ensuring consistency in our editorial approach and brand tone of voice. You will contribute to our brand awareness acquisition and lead generation objectives working closely with our Marketing Communications Digital Product and Sales teams.

Missions

1. Define and manage the editorial strategy

• Build and manage the editorial roadmap in line with business and marketing objectives.

• Ensure consistency in tone of voice storytelling and editorial identity.

• Adapt content to French- and German-speaking audiences.

2. Create and produce content

• Write and produce a wide range of content: articles white papers case studies newsletters social media content videos webinars etc.

• Optimize content for SEO and the relevant distribution channels.

• Leverage AI tools to increase production efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.

3. Measure and optimize performance

• Track key performance indicators: traffic engagement SEO conversion and leads generated.

• Test new formats editorial angles and distribution channels through a test-and-learn approach.

• Analyze results and provide actionable optimization recommendations.

4. Collaborate with Marketing & Sales teams

• Create content for marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.

• Produce sales enablement materials: pitch decks use cases presentations scripts etc.

• Work closely with Marketing Communications Product Sales Pre-Sales and Customer Success teams.

5. Manage external stakeholders

• Brief and coordinate freelancers agencies and other external partners.

• Manage content review validation and quality control.

• Ensure deadlines and the editorial schedule are met.

Skills & Qualifications

Hard Skills

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Journalism Literature or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Content Marketing Content Management Content Strategy or B2B/Tech journalism.

• Excellent B2B writing skills and strong knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.

• Fluent German is mandatory combined with either fluent French or fluent English.

• Proficiency with content and marketing tools: CMS analytics SEO tools project planning tools and generative AI.

Soft Skills

• Strong ability to simplify complex topics and adapt messaging to different audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Autonomy proactivity and initiative in an agile environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to work cross-functionally in an international environment.
