As a Finance Partner Transformation, as a management controller, you will be at the heart of financial and operational performance. • Financial Monitoring and Reporting:
Develop financial reporting specific to Transformation, Staff, and HR activities (real estate, work environment, equipment, etc.).
Participate in monthly accounting closings, ensuring the reliability of financial data.
• Budget Analysis and Optimization:
Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts for Transformation, Staff, and HR initiatives.
Conduct cross-functional analyses in collaboration with the Transformation, Staff, and HR teams to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Communication and Collaboration:
Present key reports and analyses to stakeholders (central controlling).
Work closely with the organization's team to ensure data and indicator consistency.
