For this Site Manager position

Key Responsibilities :

1. Warehouse Operations Management :

• Oversee inbound, storage, order picking, packing, and outbound activities.
• Ensure daily warehouse operations are executed efficiently and according to established procedures.
• Optimize warehouse layout and storage utilization.
• Ensure customer service requirements and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

1. Inventory Management :

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity.
• Manage cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.

1. Team Leadership and People Management :

• Lead, coach, and develop the warehouse team.
• Set performance objectives and monitor employee productivity.
• Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

1. Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE) :

• Ensure full compliance with company and legal health and safety requirements.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations.
• Ensure warehouse security standards are maintained.

1. Performance and Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and report warehouse KPIs.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Drive Continuous Improvement, and First Choice initiatives.
• Support productivity and cost optimization projects.

1. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management

• Lead and supervise the teams responsible for day-to-day customer interactions and service delivery.
• Ensure customer requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and operational commitments are consistently met.
• Monitor customer service performance and drive corrective actions when necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Logistics.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience.
• Experience managing operational teams within a logistics or supply chain environment.

• Data analysis and reporting.
