Job :

Development and management of the Group's annual budget:

• Build the budget by activity
• Define assumptions: volumes, margins, discounts, fixed costs
• Break down the budget by cost center / site / brand
• Set up monthly objectives

Performance monitoring & variance analysis

• Compare Actual vs. Budget vs. Previous Year
• Analyze variances: volume, product mix, margin rate, expenses
• Identify deviations (excessive discounts, high fixed costs, low contribution)
• Propose corrective actions

Management of strategic KPIs

Cost management and optimization

• Analysis of fixed costs by entity
• Monitoring of variable costs
• Optimization of marketing expenses
• Control of provisions (stock, warranties, etc.)

Forecasting & closing (Forecast)

• Periodic budget review
• End-of-year forecasts (landing / forecast)
• Scenario simulations (volume decrease, discount increase, manufacturer pressure)
• Support for commercial strategy

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Finance / Management Control / Audit
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in management control
• Key strength: Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, financial modeling)
• Proficiency in P&L statements
