Car Sales Manager - Volkswagen Rabat | Rabat (Morocco)

Job :

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise, support, and develop the sales team;
• Define and monitor individual and collective sales objectives;
• Lead sales meetings and coach sales advisors;
• Manage prospecting and commercial development actions;
• Analyze sales performance and implement necessary action plans;
• Develop sales of new vehicles, used vehicles, financing solutions, insurance, and related services;
• Participate in negotiations for strategic or high-value deals;
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, sales procedures, and manufacturer requirements;
• Track performance indicators (sales volume, profit margin, conversion rate, financing, customer satisfaction);
• Provide regular reporting to management.

Required profile :

Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in commerce, commercial management, or equivalent;

Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive sales;

Minimum 2 years of confirmed experience in managing a sales team;

Excellent knowledge of new vehicles (VN) and financing solutions;

Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management systems;

Strong skills in commercial performance management and sales indicator analysis.
