Job :
As part of strengthening the team of our partner, a company specialized in the industrial sector, we are recruiting an Occupational Health Nurse M/F.
The main goal of this position is to monitor the health of employees and contribute to the prevention of occupational risks, in a stimulating industrial environment where your rigor, organizational skills, and expertise will be major assets.
Main Missions
- Provide basic medical care to employees;
- Monitor the health status of employees;
- Participate in the prevention of occupational risks: musculoskeletal disorders, chemicals, heat, noise, etc.;
- Participate in workplace safety and prevention actions;
- Ensure that employee medical records are kept up to date and monitor health insurance;
- Educate employees on first aid, ergonomics, and prevention;
- Participate in awareness and prevention actions regarding occupational health and safety.
Required profile :
- Diploma of General Nurse recognized by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection;
- Experience in an industrial environment is preferred;
- Knowledge of Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (HSE) is appreciated;
- A qualification in industrial first aid or SST is an asset;
- Knowledge in managing work stress and psychosocial risks is appreciated;
- Knowledge in industrial toxicology is a plus;
- Rigor, organization, reactivity, and sense of responsibility.
Conditions
- Contract: Temporary
- Salary: Negotiable depending on profile and experience
- Transport: Provided in the Mohammedia areas
