Job :
Join our dynamic team in the Service Provision sector as a Commercial Manager. Based in Casablanca, this is a unique opportunity to lead the commercial strategy and develop our client portfolio. You will join a company recognized for its expertise and dynamism.
The main goal will be to ensure sales growth by developing and retaining a client base of companies. You will be responsible for achieving the set commercial objectives, while strengthening our market position.
- to apply the commercial strategy defined by the company and implement prospecting tools
- to have good knowledge of the market and competition,
- to monitor markets launched by various companies and organizations
- to prospect new clients, in order to ensure the commercial development of the activity, with a permanent objective of profitability and customer loyalty
- to analyze customer demand
- to carry out feasibility studies and recommend directions to take with the study department
- to participate in the development of the offer
- to participate in the creation and implementation of presentation tools
- to present proposals to prospects, participate in negotiation and closing deals
- to be the interface in customer relations
- to organize the implementation of the contract and ensure the handover of the file to operations
Required profile :
A Master's degree (Bac +5 and above) is required, ideally in Insurance or Banking or B to B, or a related field.
A solid experience of 5 to 10 years in commercial roles.
- Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and the job market.
- Ability to develop and maintain lasting customer relationships.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and prospecting techniques.
