About the role:
As part of strengthening its HR team, our client is looking for an experienced IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its recruitment activities for IT profiles and ensure the complete management of the selection process.

Main tasks:
-Gather and analyze recruitment needs from managers.
-Write and post job offers on various recruitment channels.
-Identify, source, and approach candidates through job boards, social networks, and databases.
-Conduct pre-qualification interviews by phone and/or video.
-Assess candidates' technical and behavioral skills.
-Coordinate interviews with operational managers.
-Track applications throughout the recruitment process.
-Ensure a quality candidate experience.
-Produce recruitment reports and indicators.

Required profile :

-Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent field.
-Proven experience of at least 3 years in IT recruitment.
-Good knowledge of IT professions and technologies.
-Proficiency in sourcing and direct approach techniques.
-Excellent communication and evaluation skills.
-Good command of professional French and English.
-Sense of organization, autonomy, and reactivity.
