Your tasks:

• Develop marketing and communication strategies (online and offline) specific to the home appliance sector
• Develop a multi-channel marketing and communication plan: objectives, targets, budget, actions, and timeline
• Lead the brand's digital marketing strategy (social networks, website, e-mailing, online advertising, SEO) and align it with on-the-ground actions
• Manage community management: daily animation of social networks (usage tips, tutorials, new products, promotions, quizzes, contests) according to current posting trends
• Optimize the website and implement e-mailing campaigns to build customer loyalty
• Design advertising campaigns across various channels with communication agencies, and establish partnerships with influencers and bloggers
• Produce communication materials (flyers, brochures, catalogs, product sheets, advertisements), and collaborate with agencies and external service providers (POS displays, roll-ups)
• Coordinate the evolution of the showroom and related activities
• Be present on the ground (showroom, points of sale, distributors, trade shows, and events) to monitor the effective execution of marketing actions, check the conformity of POS displays, gather feedback from customers and the sales network, and report needs
• Organize participation in trade shows and exhibitions, plan new product launch events, coordinate press relations, and maintain a network in the media world
• Maintain ongoing market watch, identify trends, new needs, and consumption patterns
• Analyze the company's product mix elements: brand platform, products, pricing, promotion-communication, sales
• Analyze sales statistics and forecast vs. actual deviations, identify the most profitable segments, propose loyalty or reactivation actions
• Develop new product ranges
• Track KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and prepare reports for management
• Follow sales administration procedures and dashboards
• Manage the communication operations budget under the authority of management

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Marketing and Communication
• 8 years of experience in 'Product' and 'Brand' marketing and communication, including experience in a communication agency, within a company, as well as significant experience in digital marketing and managing on-the-ground activities
• Expertise in digital and traditional communication strategies
• Proven expertise in digital marketing: SEO, SEA, social advertising, e-mailing, analytics, e-commerce
• Ability to analyze market data and derive relevant strategies
• Very good communication skills in French, both written and spoken, mastery of professional English
• Creativity and intellectual curiosity, analytical and synthesis skills
• Interpersonal skills, ability to maintain a network
• Enjoys field work, customer contact, and active presence with teams and partners
• Ability to organize, work under pressure, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
