Job :

• Collect and analyze business needs related to HR processes.
• Design and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
• Configure and customize HRSD functionalities (HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Base, etc.)
• Write functional specifications and support technical teams.
• Participate in testing, acceptance, and go-live phases.
• Support users in change management and training.
• Provide functional support and continuous improvement of implemented solutions.
• Ensure compliance with ServiceNow best practices and quality standards.
• Contribute to HR digital transformation projects.

Required profile :

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
• Has 5 to 10 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Has proven expertise in the HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) module.
• Mastery of HR processes and their digitalization via ServiceNow.
• Experienced in facilitating business workshops, gathering requirements, and writing functional specifications.
• Good knowledge of HR Case Management, Employee Center, Knowledge Management functionalities, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Able to interact with business and technical stakeholders in complex environments.
• CSA and/or CIS-HRSD certifications are highly appreciated.
• Autonomous, rigorous, with excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
