Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Sales Operations and CRM Manager. Based in Rabat, this strategic role is essential for driving our sales performance.

Increase the efficiency of our sales teams through continuous process optimization and advanced CRM use. Develop and track key performance indicators to guide strategic decisions and support revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include managing and improving our CRM system, defining and tracking sales goals, analyzing sales performance, coordinating actions between internal teams, and supporting the sales force. You will also be responsible for preparing accurate and relevant reports for management.

•Tools Management: Administer and optimize the CRM (like Salesforce or HubSpot) and sales software.
•Data Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), create dashboards, and establish sales forecasts.
•Process Optimization: Simplify the sales cycle and eliminate unnecessary administrative tasks for salespeople.
•Strategy and Territory: Assist in defining quotas, structuring sales territories, and organizing variable compensation

Required profile :

A Master's degree (Bac +5) or higher is required.

Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in similar roles is essential, ideally in environments with a strong commercial focus.

A profile with a specialization in Sales / Commercial / Export is sought. Proven skills in CRM management, excellent analytical and synthesis skills, as well as a strong sense of organization are crucial. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team will complete your profile.
