Join our dynamic company in the Insurance / Brokerage sector, known for its expertise and commitment to its clients. We are looking for a passionate Insurance Manager to join our team in Assilah. This position is a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a stimulating and growing environment.

As an Insurance Manager, your main goal will be to ensure smooth and efficient customer file management, while guaranteeing customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will actively contribute to achieving business goals and optimizing internal processes.

Your main tasks will include:

• Welcoming, advising, and assisting clients with their insurance procedures.
• Analyzing client needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Managing insurance contracts, from subscription to claims handling.
• Following up with and reminding clients to ensure contract renewal.
• Participating in prospecting for new clients and developing the portfolio.
• Ensuring customer files are up-to-date and handling administrative follow-up.

Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a Bac +2 (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) in Insurance professions is required. This training will have provided you with the solid foundation needed to understand the sector's challenges.

1 to 3 years of professional experience in the insurance field is desired. This will allow you to quickly understand the workings of the job and make a significant contribution from the start.

This position requires various skills and a proactive personality. You ideally possess:

• Excellent listening skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of different insurance products.
• An ability for administrative management and accuracy in handling files.
• Proficiency in computer tools, especially office software and customer relationship management software.
• A solution-oriented approach and a real desire to satisfy the client.
• Adaptability and dynamism in carrying out assigned tasks.
