Job :
The Marketing & Communication Director of the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort is responsible for defining and implementing a global strategy to strengthen the establishment's positioning in the luxury market, increase its notoriety, enhance its attractiveness, and effectively support commercial performance.
He/she ensures the consistency and harmonization of all marketing and communication actions, whether branding, online and offline marketing, communication, public relations and press, or partnerships, in order to guarantee a strong, consistent, and differentiating image for the Resort.
In close collaboration with other departments, he/she contributes to the strategic alignment of the product, encourages innovation, and ensures the relevance of the offer in response to the expectations of demanding clientele.
He/she leads, manages, and develops the marketing and communication team, instilling a dynamic of excellence, performance, and creativity to serve the growth ambitions of the Es Saadi Marrakech Resort.
Required profile :
Holder of a Bac +5 degree from a Business School / Communication and Marketing.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Project Management, Management, development, and implementation of maintenance strategies for international companies.
Specialist in premium / luxury hospitality.
Proficiency in planning and project management tools such as: Trello, Asana, Monday.com.
Proficiency in campaign tracking and management tools: Google Analytics, Tableau, advanced Excel.
Understanding of digital tools specific to the hotel industry: PMS, CRM...etc.
