Position:

Assigned to the MARKET and EXPRESS Division, your role is to help grow the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.

Your areas of responsibility for this are:

• Build and manage a database of potential deals;
• Analyze the needs of the BU Division by understanding the local and regional market and conducting market research;
• Manage the negotiation of rental terms;
• Present and get projects approved by the BU Division / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
• Handle the necessary administrative permit applications;
• Achieve the objectives in terms of the number of rentals.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting.
• Good knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with public and private sector players.
• Good understanding of commercial development prospects, the market, and competition.
• Results-oriented, good interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills.
