As a technical reference for Back End Java Kafka, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and supporting technical architecture choices for applications.
- Designing robust, performant, and scalable solutions.
- Technically supporting developers: mentoring, code review, best practices.
- Participating in the breakdown of user stories and the allocation of technical topics.
- Ensuring the quality and conformity of deliverables before production.
- Contributing to the design and evolution of microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Intervening in the entire software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and run.
- Participating in the continuous improvement of practices and product quality.
Your technical environment:
- Java / Spring Boot
- Kafka and RabbitMQ
- Microservices & Event-Driven Architectures
- Relational and document-oriented databases
- CI/CD & DevOps practices
- Git
- Clean Architecture, SOLID, YAGNI
- Unit and integration tests
- Sonar / code quality
Regular use of generative AI tools in development is also a real plus.
Desired Candidate Profile
Your profile:
- Bac+5 in computer science or equivalent training.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Back End Java development.
- Significant experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ and event-driven architectures.
- Ability to take a high-level view on architecture topics and play a technical reference role.
- Excellent team spirit, sense of sharing, and taste for mentoring.
- Very good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good level of French, both written and spoken.
- Experience in retail / mass distribution would be appreciated.
