The main goal of this role is to lead the quality strategy within our organization, ensuring that every product and every process meets the strictest requirements of our sector. You will be responsible for implementing and adhering to quality standards, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement at all levels. Your role will also be to minimize non-conformities, optimize quality-related costs, and strengthen customer confidence through consistent and impeccable performance. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of activities aimed at ensuring quality excellence:

• Define, deploy, and monitor the quality management system in line with current standards and company objectives.
• Implement and oversee corrective and preventive action plans following internal and external audits, as well as identified non-conformities.
• Analyze quality-related data (scrap rate, customer complaints, performance indicators) to identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate and lead quality audits, both internal and external, and ensure the proper closure of action plans.
• Train and raise employee awareness on quality best practices and standard requirements.
• Manage relationships with suppliers regarding the quality aspects of raw materials and components.
• Actively participate in the improvement of production processes to optimize their robustness and reliability.
• Be the technical reference for all matters relating to product quality and conformity.

Required profile :

To excel in this role, a solid foundation is essential. A Associate's degree (Bac +2) is required, demonstrating a thorough understanding of technical and organizational principles. Ideally, your academic background will have included a specialization in areas such as production, quality, safety, or maintenance. This initial training will have provided you with the fundamental knowledge needed to grasp the complex challenges of our business sector.

Experience is a major asset for this position. We are looking for someone who has already proven themselves in demanding industrial environments, ideally in the metallurgy or steel sector. Your background should reflect confirmed experience, allowing you to develop in-depth expertise in quality management. Experience as an expert in implementing and managing quality systems, handling non-conformities, and continuous improvement will be particularly appreciated. You have already demonstrated your ability to positively influence teams and achieve tangible results.
