As part of the expansion of our Supeco Business Unit, we are looking for Regional Department Managers to support our development and manage our activities in the different regions of Morocco.

Missions and responsibilities:

Reporting to the Operations Department, your main missions will be:

• To carry out permanent competitive monitoring in order to identify opportunities and risks within your scope.
• To manage, coach, and support store teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with the brand's standards.
• To manage the commercial, financial, and operational performance of your region.
• To analyze performance indicators and implement action plans necessary to achieve objectives.
• To ensure the correct application of company procedures and policies.
• To support the opening of new stores and contribute to network development.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of the in-store experience.
• To develop team skills and promote a culture of performance and commitment.
  

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Graduated with a Bac+5 degree (Business School, Management, or equivalent).
• You have a minimum of 6 years of experience in managing a profit center, ideally in the mass distribution sector.
• You have held a Store Manager or Department Manager position with significant managerial and operational responsibility.
• You have excellent skills in team management, performance management, and operational management.

Geographically mobile, you are ready to work in different regions of the Kingdom.
