Job :

• Welcome, inform, and guide patients with professionalism, attentiveness, and discretion.
• Carry out pre-admissions and admissions, verify identity, rights, and necessary documents, then create patient files in the hospital information system.
• Inform patients about administrative procedures and financial aspects of their care, following hospital procedures.
• Collect, verify, and record coverage (PEC) from payers; report incomplete files or anomalies.
• Handle payments and issue corresponding receipts, according to current payment methods and authorizations.
• Process authorized reimbursements and ensure traceability of operations.
• Participate in the opening, closing, and control of the cash register; immediately report any discrepancies.
• Coordinate information with care teams and the Back Office to ensure a smooth patient journey and continuity of file processing.

Required profile :

• Bac+2/3 degree in management, administration, secretarial, accounting, or equivalent field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in reception, admission, billing, coverage, and payment collection in a healthcare facility.
• Good command of French and Arabic.
• Proficiency in computer tools.
• Knowledge of a hospital information system, particularly ENOVA, is a plus.
• Good interpersonal skills.
