Job :

• Ensure follow-up and recovery of B2B customer debts through reminders
• Analyze the financial situation of debtors and assess non-payment risks.
• Negotiate and formalize settlement plans, then monitor compliance with commitments made by clients.
• Manage unpaid invoices, administrative requests, and send duplicates and supporting documents.
• Use SAP for customer account monitoring, outstanding analysis, and payment reconciliation.
• Process compensation claims and monitor doubtful debts in accordance with internal procedures.
• Prepare and track files sent to legal proceedings in collaboration with legal teams.
• Produce activity reports, portfolio analyses, and performance indicators to contribute to the continuous improvement of recovery processes.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or equivalent field.
• Knowledge of debt recovery and customer debt management.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Financial analysis and customer risk management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Rigor, organization, and sense of priority.
• Results and customer service oriented.
• Good level of French.
