Director Of Sales Mice

Job Summary

Under the general guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing the position is responsible for the following:

• Providing leadership and direction to the Sales team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and collaboration.

• Assisting in the development of sales strategies and overseeing the execution of plans and tactics to increase direct revenue across all segments.

• Driving revenue growth by developing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.

• Ensuring revenues meet or exceed budgeted targets to maximize profitability.

• Supporting the enhancement of the Resorts market positioning and overall performance.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in sales

• A university degree in a related field is preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Highly responsible and reliable

• Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous at all times
