Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate based in Tangier, to support the Regional Business Development Manager and work in close collaboration with distributor supervisors and the JTI Field Force.

What you will be doing:

As a Sales Associate you will:

• Oversee and manage sales KPIs to meet sales targets and objectives
• Monitor warehouse stock availability
• Coordinate the recruitment, creation, and activation of point-of-sale (POS) materials in line with the regional coverage strategy.
• Provide coaching and support to distributor field forces through field visits.
• Maintain a consistent field presence and provide regular reports on field activities.
• Develop and follow up on tactical plans to achieve goals within the regional scope.
• Deliver regular reports on regional sales and distribution performance to management

Requirements:

• BTS or bachelor’s degree
• Previous Internship or a one-year experience in FMCG
• Fluent in Arabic and French, Intermediate level in English
• Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
• Excellent Team management & Leadership abilities
• Product Knowledge and strong Sales Techniques
• Proficiency with business tools (MS Office).
• Experience in Supplier & costumer Relationship & Management skills
