Are you passionate about solving problems and have a great ability to help others? We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will play a key role in providing quality technical support to our clients.

Your main tasks will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and support tickets.
• Identifying and diagnosing technical issues faced by clients.
• Providing clear solutions and instructions to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Tracking and updating support tickets for accurate follow-up.
• Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by providing friendly and professional service.
• Contributing to documentation and the knowledge base to facilitate future support.
• Participating in training to stay informed about new technologies and products.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Perfect command of German and good command of English.
• Previous experience in a technical support, customer service, or help desk role is preferred.
• Knowledge of common operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Aptitude for solving problems quickly and proactively.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
