Assigned to a Hypermarket and reporting to the Fresh Department Manager, your role is to ensure the commercial development and operation of the Delicatessen Department in your charge to guarantee customer satisfaction and the achievement of defined economic and commercial objectives.

To do this, your areas of results are:

• Performance analysis
• Commercial animation of the Delicatessen Department
• Management of department assets
• Merchandise management
• Team management
• Competitive intelligence

With a Bac+2 degree in cuisine, you have 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a head chef or sous chef (ideally in retail), during which you have developed the following skills:

• Negotiation and team animation techniques.
• Ability to organize product stock management.
• Ability to drive performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and monitor indicators.

Autonomy & reactivity, sense of service and interpersonal skills, analytical and synthesis abilities; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
