The Missions

Reporting to the manager, your main tasks will be:

• Handling customer letters and emails, providing appropriate responses;
• Managing the customer file until completion if a deadline is imposed by the process;
• Managing subscriptions (validation of new business) and contract lifecycle;
• Informing and advising the client within the legal context of the product concerned by the request;
• Intervening in the client database within the limits of granted IT rights and according to the legislative framework and communicated procedures;
• Ensuring the consistency of information or documents collected from affiliates with the requirements related to the file;

Required profile :

Ideally holding a Bac + 2 degree with successful professional experience in Management,
you are recognized for the following qualities/skills:

• Anticipating deadlines, respecting them, and managing priorities;
• Analyzing needs;
• Teamwork spirit;
• Interpersonal skills;
• Good written and oral communication;
• Proficiency in office tools;
• Knowing how to respect the confidentiality of information.
