Missions:

Reporting to the IT Infrastructure & Workstation Manager, your main mission is to ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and networks within the company, as well as the deployment of IT projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Supervise and maintain the IT equipment (hardware and software)
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems reported by Level 1 support
• Assist the Infra Manager in technological watch to propose improvements and evolutions of the infrastructure
• Install, configure, and test the software, hardware, and equipment necessary for projects
• Provide deadline estimates for the different stages of IT project deployment
• Ensure that the IT equipment is not obsolete (workstations, licenses, servers, networks)
• Update the documentation base and deployment procedures
• Provide first-level technical support to VIP users, by quickly resolving hardware and software incidents
• Ensure the operational maintenance of critical meeting rooms

Required profile :

Profile sought:

With a Bac+2/3 (Associate's or Bachelor's degree) in IT, you have at least 3 years of experience as an IT technician or IT analyst.

You have in-depth knowledge of operating systems, IT software and equipment, as well as mastery of computer networks (LAN, WAN, VLAN, routing, switching, VPN). You have experience in system administration (Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux) and in configuring network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls).

You understand the principles of IT security and are proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum). You have previous experience in deploying software and hardware solutions, and ideally an orientation towards supporting VIP users.
