In this role, your main responsibilities will be as follows: Verify the consistency between the lists of ordered kits and the PMV's inventory/summary files. Record the equipment, orders, and actual costs of the centers. Monitor KPIs related to kit commitment deadlines (template, full resources, partial resources, BA). Validate and commit files to the PMV. Identify any bottlenecks in the committed needs and coordinate actions to resolve them. Prepare information on budget overruns for weekly meetings. Ensure weekly monitoring of project KPIs. Participate daily in coordination meetings (welding, plastics processing, etc.) to facilitate communication. Validate OVA/Archive documents according to key project milestones. Verify that current stock covers needs. Identify shortages and coordinate with suppliers to obtain them. Initialize serial files (components, references). Monitor progress and impacts on the macro-planning. Gather requirements. Plan actions and manage the program. Coordinate captive fleet planning. Update the ISP (macro-planning for suppliers and PR). Update inventory files (kits, complete resources). Synchronize data between Planisware and PLM. Build KPIs from PLM extractions (off-tool parts). Update serial files and planning impacts. Monitor serial return-to-life types and loops.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (BAC + 5) in Industrial Engineering. Experience in the automotive sector. Experience: 1-2 years. Skills: Planisware: planning updates, data synchronization. PLM: extraction, parts analysis, off-tool parts tracking. TRM/ADM: volume consolidation, phase updates. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, KPIs, inventory tracking, consolidation). Knowledge of inventory systems (kits, complete systems, BA). Excellent command of office tools, including Excel/PPT. Communication and team leadership skills. Project management. Knowledge of cost estimation and management. Proficiency in STELLANTIS planning standards. Rigor and flexibility. Good level of English.
